The real estate industry is pretty heavily covered with some of the big guns, but I don’t know how well covered a directory site is – so that’d take a bit of research. I would imagine that they’d understand the need for more marketing, but at the same time I know the industry is doing it pretty tough at the moment. So def would require more research.

With the system I use it could be quite beneficial for the smaller independent agents.

Or maybe if you targeted a specific type of property… eg: waterfront properties, or wine region properties – maybe something like that.

Personally, I’d start in a hidden, neglected niche. Something people are passionate about.

I’m starting a coaching program shortly. In the program you’ll see me setting up a site in a new niche. You’d be able to see exactly how it’s setup and how to approach the businesses. I also reveal my niche site that I’ve been working on for the last year.
